The open-plan living area offers a cozy lounge where you can unwind with a book, listen to music, watch TV or choose from the 350+ DVD library for a relaxed movie night. To keep things comfortable year-round, there’s a reverse cycle split-system air conditioner as well as a ceiling fan, so you can adjust the space to suit you.

Outdoor Dining with Ocean View & BBQ

Step out onto your private balcony and make the most of the coastal setting. Enjoy breakfast in the sunshine, fire up the BBQ for dinner, or simply sit back with a coffee as the sea breeze rolls in. In the evening, it’s the perfect spot to watch the sky shift colours as the sun sets over the water. If you’re lucky, a friendly Kookaburra may even drop by for a visit.

All bed linen is provided for a comfortable stay.

Our two-bedroom apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Each bedroom is designed as a calm retreat after a day exploring or relaxing by the beach.

Both rooms include built-in wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps, a ceiling fan with remote control, and a small column heater for cooler nights. All bed linen is provided, so you can arrive, unpack, and settle in with ease.

The spacious bathroom features contemporary fixtures, separate shower and a deep bath - perfect for a quick refresh or a long soak at the end of the day.

There are handy shelves for your toiletries and plenty of hanging space. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bath towels are provided for your stay (BYO beach towels).

The kitchen is thoughtfully set up with modern appliances and generous counter space, giving you plenty of room to prepare meals. There’s a Nespresso coffee machine for easy coffee in the mornings, plus a dishwasher to make clean-up simple.

Enjoy your meals at the dining table indoors or step out onto the private balcony and dine with gorgeous views as your backdrop. We provide a starter supply of some pantry essentials to help you settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive.

Heating & Cooling

Ceiling Fan + Split-system Air Conditioning

The lounge and dining area is fitted with a ceiling fan and a split-type ductless air conditioning system that provides both heating and cooling, keeping the main living space comfortable year-round.

Each bedroom is equipped with its own ceiling fan, a small column heater plus curtains and blind so you can adjust the temperature to suit your comfort, whatever the season. Please note that the air conditioning in the living area does not extend into the bedrooms.

Swimming pool is for shared use by residents & guests.

Mollymook Beach

Fathoms 10 is directly across the road from Mollymook Beach which stretches for 2km between Bannister Point in the north and the southern headland where the Mollymook Golf Club is located.

To reach Mollymook Beach, simply head out the front gate and cross the road into the reserve. From there, you’ll find a path on the left that leads straight to the beach

Both ends of the beach are patrolled seasonally and the Mollymook Surf Club is located on the southern end. Dolphins can sometimes be spotted frolicking in the surf and depending on the season, migrating whales can be seen from Warden Head Lighthouse.
Nearby towns are Ulladulla to the south, Milton to the northwest and Narrawallee to the north.

Water Sports, Bushwalking & Wildlife

There’s no shortage of ways to explore the outdoors in and around Mollymook. Spend your days surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, or casting a line for a relaxed afternoon of fishing.

Keen golfers will find excellent local courses, and there are plenty of scenic bushwalking and hiking trails to discover.

During whale watching season, keep an eye on the ocean - you may be lucky enough to spot migrating whales from nearby Warden Head.

With so much to see and do nearby, you can make your stay as active or as laid-back as you like.

Children & Infants Welcome

Families are very welcome, and children and infants are included in the total guest count. To help make travelling with little ones easier, we provide children’s books and toys, along with plastic cutlery and crockery.

If needed, please bring your own high chair and travel cot to ensure everything is just right for your family’s stay.

I live in Sun Valley in the Blue Mountains with my family - plus one dog, five ducks, six chooks and some very busy bees.

We’ve owned Fathoms 10 since 2021 and have been welcoming guests since 2023. In 2025 I began offering direct booking. Our booking system uses secure, encrypted payment processing to protect your information. You'll receive instant confirmation and can manage your reservation online.

We feel very privileged to have a holiday home in such a special spot, and hope you love beautiful Mollymook as much as we do.
